The
aim of the Employee Assistance Programme is to
give easy access for employees and family members
to highly qualified psychologists, specialists,
legal and financial advisers and counsellors.
Up to 6 sessions of short-term, solution-focused counselling with local psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors is available to assist clients to tackle their problems, wherever they live. The aim of this counselling is to enable the client to resolve their problem or to gain coping strategies to enable them to deal with it more effectively.
The benefit to the organisation is that rapid access to the right professionals will support the employee. This will enable self-help and help remove the burden of responsibility from the business. Providing this valuable employee benefit to your staff also reduces your potential for a stress claim against the company.
