Yes - EAP suppliers work to strict professional codes and keep all information confidential from the company paying the for the EAP service.

Can I speak to someone face-to-face?
Yes - most EAPs offer access to face-to-face counselling. This is normally offered close to your home or place of work and you choose where it is most convenient and at a time that suits you.
